QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Our quality management system follows the PDCA methodology – Plan, Do, Check, Act. It is an ongoing mix of planning, budgeting, reviewing, testing, inspecting, auditing and reporting on the quality of the contracts we undertake. The program reinforces our commitment to excellence.

We are committed to delivering the highest quality Housekeeping Services to our customers. We are proactive and work hard to deliver an uncompromising standard across all our services.

We will ensure that all necessary WH&S systems are established and implemented for each contract.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Yes Hospitality Group’s operational management systems address service delivery, risk management, environmental management and customer relationship management. We are currently preparing for accreditation with the following standards:

  • OH&S Management System AS/NZS 4801:2001
  • Environmental Management System AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004
